I would like to thank everyone that came out today for the Boot Camp in NYC Central Park West.
It was a great success.
You guys worked hard and are on you way to reach your fitness goals.
I will see everyone Tomorrow at 6am sharp. Please Know that if you ARE LATE YOU Will have to do something extra.

As for the Boot Camp in Hoboken, NJ I would like to thank a single person that showed up.
He had a Kick A** work out and never gave up. This where heart and dedication comes in.
I hope to see the rest of the people on Wednesday.
