No Excuses..No B.S."Holiday" Routine

This is a Great 10 minute Body Weight Routine

Mediun Stance Squats 30reps
Spuat Thrust 10 reps
Pushups 25
Lunges 15 each leg

40 meter Sandbag Farmer's Walk

(If you do not have any sandbags fill two bags with old college textbooks..."You know those Anatomy & Chemistry Books were heavy. "

1) Do this routine as many times as you can for 10 minutes
2) Chart how many rounds you do within that time interval. (complete ALL reps)

This looks simple yet it is very effective and requires little equipment
