If you noticed even if the name  &lt;br /&gt;   changes the story, pictures and even the testimonials will stay the same.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;note: some of these scammers will even steal testimonials from other&lt;br /&gt;people's BLOGS as they did to my colleague Holly Rigsby "The Fit Yummy Mummy" of &lt;a href="http://getfitandyummy.com/"&gt;GetFitandYummy.com&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) They will either...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   A) use a "regular average woman" &lt;br /&gt;or&lt;br /&gt;   B)use celebs such as Oprah, Dr. Perricone, Racheal Ray, or whoever has given&lt;br /&gt;     acai berry 2 thumbs up. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Hey forget the fitness professional like myself and dietitians! If a celebrity says it works then they MUST be correct. I mean celebrities are "experts")   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                        &gt;&gt;&gt; insert sarcasm here &lt;&lt;&lt; &lt;br /&gt;                              &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Read the terms and conditions. If there is a 30day trial &lt;br /&gt;   period the shipping usually takes 15 days. Your trial period starts the moment  &lt;br /&gt;   you order. Even if you don't have the physical product. And some of theses &lt;br /&gt;   sites mention that AUTO SHIP SALES ARE FINAL. say adios dinero&lt;br /&gt;   because your bank card will get charged and by "LEGALLY AGREEING" &lt;br /&gt;   you can not do anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL...not quite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you do want to get your money back &gt;&gt;&gt;insert prayer&lt;&lt;&lt; you can not simply return the product you will have to call their "REFUND DEPARTMENT" which will probably always be busy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So long and short avoid the scams and if you want the benefits of acai it is best to get it in some form of drink. If you can get the actual berry call me personally. I love exotic fruit. Acai berry will help you lose as much fat as broccoli. Basically its fiber which gets you full and causes you to eat less junk. Turkey Breast chopped into small cubes &lt;br /&gt;- 1⁄4 red bell pepper &lt;br /&gt;- 1⁄4 green bell pepper &lt;br /&gt;- 1⁄4 red onion &lt;br /&gt;- 2 Tbsp canola or olive oil mayo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix all ingredients together and enjoy over a bed of greens. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes one male serving and two female servings. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turkey Cranberry Cream Cheese Roll-up&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 6-8 oz. Sliced Turkey &lt;br /&gt;- 1 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese &lt;br /&gt;- 1 Tbsp Dried Cranberries 1⁄2 Clove of Roasted Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste &lt;br /&gt;- 2 Whole Grain Tortillas &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soak cranberries in water for 20 minutes or microwave until soft if you are short on time. Mash the 1⁄2 clove of garlic. Mix cranberries, garlic, and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture into the inside of the tortilla(s). Add turkey breast. Fold up sides, roll up, and enjoy! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes one male serving and two female servings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turkey Medallions With Cranberry Glaze&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turkey Medallions: &lt;br /&gt;- 6-8 oz. Turkey &lt;br /&gt;- Non-stick spray Turkey Seasoning&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut Turkey Breasts into small medallions, sprinkle lightly with seasoning. Reheat in a pan sprayed with non-stick oil on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Drip Cranberry glaze (below) over the medallions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cranberry Glaze: &lt;br /&gt;- 1 Cups Dry white wine    &lt;br /&gt;- Turkey or chicken stock, as needed &lt;br /&gt;- 1 1⁄2  Cups Dried cranberries  &lt;br /&gt;- 1⁄4 Cup of Pine nuts, toasted   &lt;br /&gt;- Pinch of Salt  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add 1⁄2 cup of white wine and 1⁄2 cup of turkey stock to pan. Add other 1⁄2 cup of turkey stock, cranberries, pine nuts and pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until reduced in volume by half, about 4 cups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes one male serving and two female servings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turkey Shepherds Pie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey &lt;br /&gt;- 3⁄4 cup turkey gravy &lt;br /&gt;- 1 small can whole kernel corn&lt;br /&gt;- drained 1 cup of chicken stock &lt;br /&gt;- 1 cup of water &lt;br /&gt;- 3 cups steamed cauliflower &lt;br /&gt;- 2 cups celery, chopped 2 carrots&lt;br /&gt;- chopped 1 onion chopped 2 cloves garlic&lt;br /&gt;- minced 1 bell pepper, any color&lt;br /&gt;- chopped Salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. First you must make the gravy. Take the garlic, 1 cup of celery, carrots, onion, bell pepper, chicken stock, water, vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Add to a pot, boil until vegetables are soft and blend in a blender or food processor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next, you will take the steamed cauliflower and mash it, or place it in a food processor until the consistency is like that of mashed potatoes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next, in a baking dish, layer the turkey, gravy, corn, remaining celery and mashed cauliflower. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes 2 male servings and one female serving. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turkey Florentine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach &lt;br /&gt;- 2 tablespoons smart butter &lt;br /&gt;- 1 cup cooked whole grain fettuccine &lt;br /&gt;- 2 cups diced, cooked turkey &lt;br /&gt;- 1 cup turkey or chicken stock 1 &lt;br /&gt;- (8 ounce) package fat free sour cream and onion dip &lt;br /&gt;- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt &lt;br /&gt;- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese &lt;br /&gt;- Non-stick cooking spray&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Stir in smart butter. Place noodles in a non-stick sprayed baking dish; top with spinach. Combine turkey, stock, onion dip and onion salt and spoon over spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until bubbly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turkey Green Bean Casserole&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bag of frozen green beans&lt;br /&gt;- 6-8 oz. of cubed cooked turkey breast &lt;br /&gt;- 1 can of organic cream of mushroom soup &lt;br /&gt;- 2 cups Kraft all natural fat free cheese &lt;br /&gt;- Salt and Pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients into a casserole dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until completely hot. I was in the ARMY and we&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;never counted higher than 3 as many of you already know from&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;training with me in boot camp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wrote this to let you know that....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) It is okay to have a cheat meal a week. It is easier&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;to get back on track as opposed to having a whole day of&lt;br /&gt;bad eating&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;AND...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) You will WASTE YOUR TIME if you try to "burn it off"&lt;br /&gt;on the threadmill. You will probably have to live in the gym&lt;br /&gt;to burn off what I ate in a day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good news though.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since interval training is proven to continue to burn fat up to 24-36 hours after&lt;br /&gt;the training sessions it would only make sense for me do do a quick&lt;br /&gt;15-20 minute interval that way I can burn fat faster while working&lt;br /&gt;out less.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The sad thing is that many people would rather slave away for hours in the gym...&lt;br /&gt;how boring. In “the olden days” most resistance training workouts would have you doing exercises in a straight set format. Basically this means you doing a certain number of reps for a particular exercise rest about 30 seconds to 5 minutes. This is an extremely inefficient way to order your exercises. While this is concept is good for powerlifters or pro bodybuilders this protocol will not have much of an effect for fat loss for the average trainee.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;“So Nii, what’s the problem with this type of training? All my personal trainers in NYC have told me this is the best for fat loss.” Well…the quick answer is if you are reading this then your personal trainer has failed you and on their behalf I apologize. Doing straight sets are easy to understand for people new to fitness and it sure makes writing down a generic program easy for the trainer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;In most commercial fitness gyms in NYC you’ll typically see someone perform three sets of 10 reps for lunges. They pump out 10 reps, go to the water fountain, talk with some buddies, watch a couple of highlights on ESPN, and then gingerly walk back to hit up their second set. In general, most people tend to take about 3-5 minutes between sets. In the case of three sets of 10 on the lunge that means it would take up to 15 minutes to complete only one movement pattern. That means you’d need at least in hour to perform four different exercises! That is insane because if you have ever trained with CTS boot Camps in Central Park West you will know that we probably do up to 10 exercises in our 4 minute F.B.I. training workouts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; Alright let me cut to the chase about what the F.B.I. is all about because New Yorkers are the busiest people in the world…or at least we would like to think that. Just to clear things up when I say F.B.I. training workouts I do not mean the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Lord knows that the last thing that I want is the F.B.I. knocking on my door besides one government agency; the I.R.S. is good enough for me. F.B.I. means FAT BURNING INTERVALS. This is a systematic form of circuit training that I have used since my enlistment in the US ARMY back in 1999.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;The FAT BURNING INTERVALS are a much more effective and time-efficient approach to ordering your exercises for ultimate fat loss. Here you’ll perform one exercise, rest for a short period of time, then perform another non-competing exercise, rest for a short period of time, and so forth. Alternating sets allow you to work different areas of your body when you would otherwise be resting with the straight set format. Plus, by working another area of your body with a non-competing exercise you allow your body to recover from the previous exercise(s). The result is improved training economy and density: more work accomplished in less time, the cornerstone of any sound fat loss program. There are several ways to perform alternating sets outlined below:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;1.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;     &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Supersets: Alternate between two different non-competing exercises (e.g. upper body and lower body such as push-ups and lunges)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;2.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;     &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Trisets: Alternate between three different exercises (e.g. push, pull, and lower body such as push-ups, rows, and lunges)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;3.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;     &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Circuits: Alternate between four or more different exercises&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Though supersets and trisets are excellent alternating set options, I believe circuit training is by the far the best option time and time again. To demonstrate why, let’s examine my favorite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; circuit training template using timed set intervals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -1.25in;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;                              The 50-10 Five Exercise Circuit: You will alternate between 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for all five exercises in the following 5-minute circuit: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#1- Squats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#2- Dips&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#3- Single-Leg Hip Extensions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#4- Pull-ups&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#5- Leg Raises&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Perform this circuit up to four times for a 20-minute total body fat burning workout.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;         Basically, in the same 15 minutes that it took to get in three sets on the bench you could have gotten in three sets of five different exercise for a staggering total of 15 work sets! Plus, the intensity on each exercise will be just as high as in the straight set format because in this five exercise circuit you will have full recovery with over four minutes before you return to any given exercise (just as you did with the straight set format described earlier).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;         To recap, the key to creating the optimal hormonal environment for fat loss is to perform each exercise with maximal intensity while separated by brief rest periods in order to accumulate a high volume of total body work in the shortest amount of time possible. Circuit training provides for the best of both worlds and is thus simply unmatched for simultaneously maximizing fat loss and lean muscle gain. Use the following template I use with my many boot camp clients for some killer, yet simple fat loss circuits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#1- Double-Leg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Exercise#2- Push&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; This eggplant recipe makes a terrific side dish that can also be made vegetarian. It also works with any type of eggplant - whatever is fresh and available where you live. You can also adjust the spice level in this eggplant recipe, taking it anywhere from mild to spicy hot, according to your liking. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;ENJOY! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prep Time: 8 minutes&lt;br /&gt;Cook Time: 10 minutes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cooking onion (purple onions work well for this recipe)&lt;br /&gt;6 cloves garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;1-3 red chillies (including seeds), depending on how spicy you like it&lt;br /&gt;1 Chinese (large, with dark purple skin) eggplant, or 2 (thinner, with light purple skin) Japanese eggplants&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup water for stir-frying&lt;br /&gt;2-3 Tbsp. oil for stir-frying&lt;br /&gt;roughly 1/2 cup (or more) fresh basil&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SAUCE:&lt;br /&gt;1 Tbsp. fish sauce (or vegetarian fish sauce)&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbsp. oyster sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce)&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp. water (mix until cornstarch is dissolved)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, prepare sauce by mixing together all sauce ingredients except cornstarch. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Prepare the cornstarch and water mixture in a separate cup or bowl. Set both aside.&lt;br /&gt;Chop the eggplant up into bite-size pieces (be sure to leave the peel on - this is where most of the nutrients are). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place 2-3 Tbsp. oil to a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, half of the garlic, chilli, and eggplant. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Reserve the rest of the garlic for later.&lt;br /&gt;Stir-fry for 5 minutes. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;When the wok or frying pan becomes dry, add a little of the water (a few Tbsp. at a time) - enough to keep the ingredients frying nicely.&lt;br /&gt;Add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and continue stir-frying for 5 more minutes, or until the eggplant is soft and the white flesh is almost translucent. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Add a little more water when the pan becomes too dry (up to 1/4 cup).&lt;br /&gt;When the eggplant is soft, add the rest of the garlic plus the sauce. Stir fry to incorporate. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lastly, add the cornstarch/water mixture. Stir well so that the sauce thickens uniformly (this will only take a minute or less). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Remove from heat. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Taste test the eggplant for salt. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;If not salty enough, add a little more fish sauce. Eating out in NYC can be EXPEN$IVE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;so this is what I have done for you. I am giving you a recipe that&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;you can cook to last Monday - Friday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h1 class="characterwrap"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;h1 class="characterwrap"&gt;                     Cajun Chicken Pasta&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;h2&gt;                             INGREDIENTS                             (&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;6 servings)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;                                                          &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3/4 pound linguine pasta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3 red bell pepper, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3 green bell pepper, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     12 fresh mushrooms, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3 green onion, chopped&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3  cups heavy cream&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3/4 teaspoon dried basil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3/4 teaspoon salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1/4 teaspoon garlic powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                                                                                &lt;!-- tool box --&gt;&lt;div class="recipe centercontent2"&gt;&lt;h2&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;/h2&gt;                                                           &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Place the chicken and the Cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the chicken in butter or margarine until almost tender (5 to 7 minutes). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushrooms and green onion. Saute and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Add the cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper. Heat through. Add the cooked linguine, toss and heat through. I tell everyone that I have ever trained with if after 4 months&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;of committed 1 on 1 training,  "If I don't get you results after 4 months do not hesitate to&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FIRE MY ASS". As you can tell from reading this BLOG post I hold nothing back &amp;amp; don't bite my&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;toungue. I speak the truth &amp;amp; will always convey the truth to people especially when it comes to&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;fat loss lies &amp;amp; bullsh*t." Some of this frustration comes from work &amp;amp; a lot can come from physical weaknesses that we try to over come with training.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Having sickle cell and being a former athlete I know the struggles of trying to achieve a fitness goal and continuing to get side tracked or in my case sick &amp; hospitalized having to start &amp;amp; square 1 again.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;One thing I do know is this… 2 things can be learned about fitness from infants! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;1. Persistence &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;2. Look to your friends and buddies they will push and help you…sometimes we just have to ask!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;You can do it....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;embed It actually took a few times before you said it with feeling and conviction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You definately lived up to this saying because you made the "impossible" look easy today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Athletic CTS boot camp started out with the morning jog from Tavern on the Green right to our "TOP SECRET" training location...(tell anyone else and we will be forced to kill you...OKAY I know...bad attempt at a joke!!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I must say you guys really pushed especially since we started out with a pushup-sprint relay Race.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Way to go Brenda &amp; Jessica for not only being first but also for passing on the break I gave them to rest for winning!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;I guess winners never stop!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You all should give yourselves a big hand because out of the 50 people that contacted Athletic CTS ONLY 7 New Yorkers had the desire, determination, and winning attitude to sign up, shut up and train!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We get lots of people that say they will "TRY" to come to the Athletic CTS boot camp but never sign up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;"TRYING" is a polite cop out it is a way of telling yourself this and allowing yourself to quit...even though you "say" that you will "TRY".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The last time I "tried" something I failed, but when I stopped making excuses and just did what I needed to do I was successful...and the manifestation of my action was Athletic CTS boot training in NYC - Central Park Wests&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Top reasons why people don't join Athletic CTS boot camps in NYC....!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;1) I can't wake up this earlyREALITY CHECK:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;I am a student, run the boot camp, work at gym &amp;amp; get home at midnight just to wake up @ 4:30AM for the 6AM boot camp.
